Spring Flying

Happy Spring Flying

March was a windy month, but longer daylight hours brought more opportunities to get in the air. This past month, many of our students made great progress, reaching exciting milestones.

We’re also excited to share that new planes have been purchased—one by one of our own students! Aircraft ownership is an achievable goal, and Jack and Ken Nierenberg are always here to help guide you along that path.

As the weather improves, look forward to an airport BBQ and events to bring our pilots together. Joining the Princeton Flying Tigers is also a great way to explore new destinations.

Congratulations to this Month's Students

Sunset Flying

Longer Days = More Flying

You can now go home, eat dinner, and come back to the airport to fly! For students, check with coordinators for instructor availability. For renters, we can set up planes for after-hours use.

Master Towered Airports: Are you IFR rated but lack confidence at towered airports? Book time with an instructor this spring to master this skill and expand your horizons.

Bird Nest Warning

Spring Operations

The birds are back! Check your aircraft thoroughly during preflight. This is the time of year where birds like to make nests inside the airframe of the planes.
