Princeton Airport Newsletter - January 2024

Happy New Year!

Wishing you and your family a happy and healthy new year. Thank you pilots, new and old, for choosing to fly with us and keeping the runway busy at 39N. May 2024 be the year you go a step further in your aviation journey. Maybe you get your pilots license, or your next rating, or fly somewhere new, or get that new avionics upgrade you have been thinking about.

As 2023 came to an end, we took some time reflecting on the past year of flight. We have had quite a few milestone accomplishments at the Princeton Flying School. Read on to see how many students soloed, got their private pilots license, as well as additional ratings.

While we are in the winter season, please remember about winter operations. Ken (Airport Manager) is hoping we don't have any snow, but if we do, the runway will be plowed and we will be flying again once visibility permits. Details are below about winter operations. And a friendly reminder about ordering fuel: the more notice you give us the better. Please call ahead for fuel orders. As a reminder, we can fuel when you aren't there. The more time you give us, the better it is for our fuel truck and you! Self serve fuel is also fully functioning 24/7.

Avionics installations have expanded. Check out the latest and greatest avionics for your aircraft by contacting Ken or Jack. Many satisfied customers, you could be one too.

Our second Pilot Spotlight was shared last month! Click here to read about Andrew Bird, one of our students who got both his private and his instrument rating with us! Stay tuned for the second Monday of each month for future Pilot Spotlights. If you have an interesting perspective or would like to be spotlighted, please reach out to us via email and let us know!
