Spring at Princeton Airport

Exciting Things Happening

Spring is finally here, and it’s been an exciting month at Princeton Airport. April brought its fair share of showers, along with a week of serious heat, perhaps a little preview of what’s to come this summer. And plenty to celebrate, including numerous student solos, new Private Pilot certificates, and the completion of a CFI rating.

We also had the opportunity to work on a special project: a new video that captures what Princeton Airport is all about and what it means to the Nierenberg family. As we head into May, we’re looking forward to our Pilot Connect: Trivia & Meet-Up at the end of the month. It's an event open to all pilots to connect, learn, and have some fun! We're also looking forward to our first BBQ of the season coming up in June. Whether you’re looking to purchase an aircraft or upgrade your avionics, the experts here at the airport are ready to help.

Congratulations to this Month's Student Accomplishments

A Story that Means so Much to Us

We recently had the opportunity to capture something very special: our home, our history, and the spirit of flight here at Princeton Airport.

This film is more than just a video, it’s a reflection of what this airport has meant to our family and to so many of you. Since 1985, when our family took ownership, this airport has grown into a vibrant aviation community rooted in passion, perseverance, and a love for flight.

A heartfelt thank you to Abby Gold and Peter Trilling for their thoughtful filming and editing. They beautifully captured the essence of the airport.

Sunset flying

Longer Days = More Flying

The longer days are officially here! You can now go home, eat dinner, and come back to the airport and go flying. If you are a student, check in with our flight coordinators to see which instructor is available. If you are a renter, we can easily set the planes up for you after hours.

This spring, take your flying to the next level. If you an IFR Rated pilot, but lack confidence to fly at a towered airport, this is your opportunity to book some time with an instructor and master this skill. May you continue to expand your horizons and grow.
